Bloomsbury Cider Mill
A proposal for a cider mill in the heart of Bloomsbury on the site of the former Horseshoe pub and brewery. The scheme aimed to collect apples from London's green spaces and rejuvinate the dying trees in many back gardens. Utilising distorted perspectives, the cultivating garden provides the inebriated visitors the illusion of a full orchard in a limited central Lodon space.
