Huguenot's Legacy
Ongoing competition entry to design a new landmark sculpture in Bishop's Square, by Spitalfields Market. The proposal is for a reactively-lit bench element, which acts as an observation post to watch hourly rainbows, formed through the release of mist and directed light. The rainbow is a translation of the light refraction observed in the fibres of shimmering silk - the first indutry to set foot in Spitalfields.
